1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing Bullydao ("the Directory"), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue using the platform.

2. Platform Listing & Review Standards

Developers and community members submitting platforms agree to provide truthful, accurate, and non-misleading information regarding reward rates, timers, and minimum withdrawal thresholds.

Moderation Authority: Bullydao reserves the absolute right to reject, modify, downgrade, or permanently remove any listing found to be deceptive, malicious, non-paying ("Scam"), or violating safety protocols.

3. Sponsored Placements & Refund Policy

Sponsored placements (Top 3 Golden Cards) are digital promotional services delivered via rotating homepage impressions for a predetermined duration (7, 15, or 30 days). Once an order is approved and activated live, sponsorship fees are non-refundable. If a sponsored platform ceases payouts during its campaign, Bullydao reserves the right to suspend the listing to protect user safety.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users may not execute automated scraping, bot attacks, click fraud, or malicious exploits aimed at artificially inflating listing metrics or disrupting directory operations.
